Q:I love wicker baskets but do I have to use one for my gift? A: Absolutely not! We have boxes, bags, ice buckets, mugs, popcorn buckets, trays and many other containers to choose from. You can even go container-less.
Q:I'd like to set up a gift program for my staff and my best clients. Canyou do that? A: Sure! Once we work out the details of the price range and gift contents, just give us the names, addresses and dates and we'll take care of it from there. You can even have convenient monthly invoices rather than multiple invoices throughout the month. Call for more details.
Q:What are my payment options? A: We accept cash, check and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Q:I have all the items needed for a basket, I just can't put them together. Can you design a gift using my items? A: We'd love to. We offer design services starting at $15 per hour plus an additional fee for the ribbon, filler, cello and a few other enhancements that we use to make your items look fantastic.
Q: Can you handle large orders, such as for convention attendees or for seminars? A: Yes. We do ask for enough time to receive products from our vendors and assembly. We ask for a deposit and we offer large order discounts.
Q: Do you have a minimum order amount? A: We start at $20 for custom gifts and go up, up up! We do have some kids gifts and mug gifts starting at $10. Also, multiple corporate gifts can start in the $10 - $15 range for gift bags.
